I do not know about you however every time I purchase Madison a pair of Seven jeans they are so long. About six” too long! At the beginning of autumn I had to cut them all off at the bottom when I purchased her some new Seven for mankind for school. Then she could be able to wear them throughout the school year and in the spring and summer if they were too short I could cut them off to be capri’s.
Well, since autumn she has grown about one and half”! Now all the jeans are too short and it is still cold enough that she needs to dress up them.
So replace purchasing new True Religion Jeans I determined to just add one and half” onto the bottom.
In the pictures above I used True Religion Jeans fabric I 0had in my stash to make a one and half” ruffle.
The second set of pictures I used some pink or white gingham trim I had. Too lovely. The pictures do not do it justice. I also have red or white gingham that would have been just as lovely since pink is Madison’s favorite colour I determined to go with that. I remain have a few more pair to do. Happy extending!
